Parishioner Prayer List for the Bulletin

Our parishioners are invited to share the name of a loved one (or themselves) for the prayer list in our bulletin using the form below. This prayer list is for those who are living and are sick, hospitalized, etc. If you are submitting the name of someone other than yourself, please obtain their permission.   

Because of the logistical complexity of tracking how long a name has been on the list, every couple of months, all names will be removed from the list. If you would like a name back on the list, you will need to submit the name again using the form below. Depending on when the first weekend of the month is, the names will need to be supplied ten days prior to the first bulletin of the month. Remember, prayers continue after names are removed.
